We may collect contact information, company information, shipment details, carrier credentials, equipment and lane preferences, and documents that you voluntarily submit through our Contact, Freight Quote, and Carrier Onboarding forms.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare freight quotes, evaluate carrier onboarding requests, verify credentials, communicate about dispatch services, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Carrier documents
Carrier documents are requested only for onboarding, credential verification, and dispatch-service administration. Do not submit Social Security cards, full personal tax identification numbers, passwords, or information that the form does not specifically request.
Service providers
Our forms are hosted by Jotform, which processes submissions on our behalf. Information may also be handled by email, hosting, security, and other providers necessary to operate our business. Their handling of information is governed by their applicable policies and agreements.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, brokers, shippers, insurers, factoring companies, regulators, or professional advisers when reasonably necessary to provide requested services, verify credentials, protect legal rights, or comply with law.
